We Are Looking for Adolescent Guides for Our Montessori Secondary School

SECONDARY TEACHERS

Full-Time | Commencing January 2027

Margaret River Montessori School is seeking passionate, innovative and relationship-centred educators to join our Adolescent Program as we continue to grow our secondary school on our authentic Montessori Farm Campus in beautiful Metricup.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape a future-focused secondary program that combines Montessori adolescent pedagogy, Big Picture Education's personalised learning framework, and meaningful engagement with the natural world, local community, and real-world enterprises.

If you are interested in relief work please contact our Administration on montessori@margmont.wa.edu.au or 08 9757 2564. You will be required to submit your current resume, qualification documentation, Working with Children Check card and any other relevant documentation you may have. All our relief staff are required to complete observations across the school to ensure they have an understanding of the Montessori education. 

When applying for a role within our school all applicants are advised to address the relevant selection criteria or competencies in their applications. Applications, including Application Form, current resume and the names of three referees, should be forwarded by the closing date advertised to be considered.
